Since he founded Amify in 2010, Amify has executed over $200 million in Amazon sales and worked with over a hundred different brands on the 3P Amazon marketplace.

Through this experience, he recognized the need for brands to see Amazon as an extension of their website and an essential part of their business – and grew that knowledge into Amify.

Ethan spent 10 years on Wall Street as a director of research at Ramsey Asset Management and as an associate equity investment analyst for T. Rowe Price. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech and a MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to joining Amify, Samantha served as the vice president of human resources for Envision Experience, where her company helped connect high-achieving students to experiences and future career opportunities. Before Envision, she served as senior director of human resources at Applied Predictive Technologies. As senior director, Byrd executed performance strategies that led her team to success when working with Fortune 500 companies, including Walmart, CVS, and Starbucks.

Samantha attended The George Washington University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and geology and a Master of Arts degree in human resource and organizational development

Before joining Amify, Chris served as vice president of data product and data science at Framebridge, where he supervised manufacturing and retail operations, business intelligence, and consumer insights across e-commerce platforms. Before Framebridge, Chris served as a venture partner at Blue Tiger Ventures where he aided entrepreneurs in developing their business visions through early-stage capital investments.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a Master of Science degree in Econometrics at The John Hopkins University, and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.

Drew Hall

VP, Sales

Drew Hall is a 15 year industry veteran in the digital performance media and martech space, with an emphasis on the role that content & creative play in driving brands bottom line objectives.

After spending nearly 8 years at Pointroll (later acquired by Sizmek, then Amazon) he took his first plunge into the startup space joining Cincinnati based Ahalogy in 2014 to help build their sales team. This ultimately lead to their successful exit and sale to Quotient (NYSE: QUOT) for $50MM in 2018.

Drew remained with Quotient taking on the role as commercial lead responsible for scaling Quotient’s social media division.  After 3 years of rapid growth, he was once again driven to join an earlier stage organization to accelerate revenue growth.

Drew lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and 3 boys.

Christine McCambridge

Christine is a marketing and e-commerce professional with extensive experience driving business and growth with creativity across multiple industries in client and consulting (agency) capacities. She has 15+ years experience building brands across various retail formats (Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, etc.) as well as direct to consumer and B2B business models with a focus on performance and customer experience. Christine has a passion for people and is recognized as a leader and collaborator focused on building capabilities and talent across organizations.

She has proven success operating with global teams and managing multiple regional and organizational priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Christine received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business.

Raised in Cincinnati’s growing startup community, Steve has spent 12+ years working with some of the area’s hottest startups. His marketing and growth experience has been built and supported during his tenure at dotloop (acquired by Zillow Group), Inman News, API Nation, EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE, Astronomer.io and other local startups.

He has led experimental growth initiatives to scale inbound activity, drastically shorten sales cycles and empower prospects with the info they need to make an educated buying decision. Steve is also a father, a musician, a partner and a life long learner.

Our Locations

We have two headquarters located in Arlington, VA, and Cincinnati, OH. We also have a warehouse in Hebron, KY, to help with our brand partners’ needs.

Our Arlington office is one block away from Amazon’s new HQ2, and our Cincinnati office is located close to Amazon’s planned Prime Air hub at CVG.
